Melting Rot |Infatuation With Premeditation |Hells Headbangers

Release Date March 27th, 2026
Format CD/LP
Genre Grindcore, Deathgrind Metal
Country USA

Melting Rot crawled out of the underground in 2017. They spit out two EPs and a three-way split in short order. By 2021, they dropped their first full-length, "Blood Delusions". After a brief silence, they crashed the "Cold Case Files" compilation. Now, they return to cave in your skull with their second full-length attack, "Infatuation With Premeditation".

This new assault brings 18 minutes of total audio destruction across 11 tracks. It is PURE grindcore madness. You get constant d-beats, crazy blast beats, and a massive guitar crunch. The attack channels extreme sickness similar to Dead Infection, Excruciating Terror, and the 2000s era of Regurgitate. The music punches straight through the speakers with zero compromise and absolute hostility.

Every song on "Infatuation With Premeditation" attacks with maximum ferocity. The band completely wrecks everything in their path. Matt Harvey from Exhumed screams his guts out on "Morbid Infatuation". His vocal presence adds extra violence to an already lethal dose of grind. The entire album acts as a massive sledgehammer crushing your bones.

This is a vicious dose of extreme music for absolute maniacs. The guitars rip through the speakers, the drums blast into oblivion, and the vocals sound completely diseased. It delivers the kind of relentless audio punishment you want from a filthy grind release. Melting Rot bring the absolute chaos, and "Infatuation With Premeditation" demands maximum volume.

NecroticGoreBeast | Brute | Comatose Music

Release Date: September 12th, 2025
Format: Digital / CD
Genre: Brutal Death Metal
Country: Canada

NecroticGoreBeast has carved their reputation as one of the most devastating forces in modern brutal death metal. Hailing from Quebec, Canada, they first emerged in 2018 with their self-titled debut, immediately making an impression for their monstrous riffing and guttural vocal devastation. Over three full-length albums, the band has built a reputation for overwhelming intensity, operating on the extreme end of extremity. With their new EP “Brute”, released through Comatose Music, NecroticGoreBeast continues this violent lineage with a concentrated slab of their signature savagery.

“Brute” runs just over sixteen minutes, but in that span the band unleash an atmosphere of relentless horror. The EP begins with its title track, a short intro steeped in electronic pulses and dark cinematic textures, evoking classic horror cinema. From there, NecroticGoreBeast dives headfirst into chaos with “Assault Of Severed Genitalia”, a track built on suffocating riff structures and relentless drum assault. It feels like being crushed under shifting slabs of concrete while an unseen predator circles.

Vocalist John Mayer is in monstrous form throughout the EP, delivering gutturals that sound dragged from the depths of the abyss. On “Sensual Regurgitation” and “Maggot Filled Colonoscopy”, he embodies pure inhumanity, his voice acting as another weapon in the band’s arsenal of sonic punishment. The closing track, “Knuckle Deep Convulsions”, is perhaps the most punishing of all, made even more venomous through a guest performance by Chaney Crabb of Entheos. The song balances slow, grinding menace with sudden bursts of ferocity, leaving behind nothing but devastation.

The production, handled by Miguel Tereso at Demigod Recordings, ensures the EP hits with maximum impact. Every instrument is captured with crushing precision, with drums pounding like sledgehammers and guitars cutting through like serrated blades. The cover art by Andreas Christanetoff further seals the release in grotesque imagery, perfectly aligned with the violent sound within.

“Brute” is short, violent, and absolutely merciless. It is NecroticGoreBeast condensed into their purest, most destructive form, a reminder that some bands exist simply to push sonic extremity to its breaking point. This EP is a concentrated dose of brutality, made for those who crave the heaviest music human hands can produce.

Pustulant Flesh | Gurgling Pustulence | Extremely Rotten Productions

https://www.facebook.com/people/Pustulant-Flesh/100084478534385/

Formed in 2022 and strengthened with an additional guitarist in 2024, Copenhagen’s Pustulant Flesh have already built a name for themselves in the underground with their rotten, grinding take on death metal. Their style draws from the putrefied tradition of bands like Blood Duster, Exhumed, and Carcass, delivering a live performance that’s as filthy as it is intense. Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Benjamin “Polle” Radtleff at Radtleff Recordings, their second (?) EP (or debut album) “Gurgling Pustulence” captures the group’s stomach-churning energy in under twenty minutes of pure sonic rot. The press info says it’s an EP but in metal-archives it is considered full album.

The EP opens with “Beyond Lobotomy” (new version from the same-title debut EP) and “Cadaver Creation,” both dripping with chainsaw riffs and guttural growls that feel as if they’ve been dredged from the bottom of a sewer. Drums blast relentlessly, locking into a suffocating pace that keeps the pressure constant. “March Of The Ravenous Dead” leans into a more stomping, lurching attack before erupting into grinding bursts, giving the track a diseased sense of momentum. “Dødsangst” brings a burst of violence, short and cutting like a jagged shard of bone.

The fifth track, with its grotesquely long title, is a four-second Napalm Death-like burst of chaos, acting as a grotesque punchline before “Carrion Offspring” returns to the EP’s main attack with rotting, churning riffwork. The closing title track, “Gurgling Pustulence,” is the longest cut here, crawling and grinding through an unwholesome mix of mid-paced filth and frantic speed, leaving the listener buried under layers of sonic decay.

The sound throughout is raw, grimy, and oppressive, with the production keeping the filth intact while allowing each element to pummel with full force. Vocals are deep, guttural, and depraved, guitars buzz like rusted sawblades, and the drums punch through with a violence that suits the music’s grotesque subject matter. The pacing of the EP ensures there is no wasted moment—every track feels like another strike in a relentless assault.

“Gurgling Pustulence” is a brief but potent introduction to Pustulant Flesh, capturing the band’s foul aesthetic and unrelenting attack. It’s a disgusting, relentless listen that fans of old-school death grind will devour with delight.

Nefas | Oblation Ov Obliteration EP | Self-Release

Nefas is an American extreme metal group formed as a cross-country collaboration between musicians active in various underground scenes. The band features members of Cryptic Gallbladder Splatter, Bedlam Of Cacophony, Teeth, and Wax People and includes Erik Burkhead-Fernandez on vocals, Rusty Kennedy on bass, Rajan Davis on guitar, and Alejandro Aranda on drums. Drawing from the overlapping territories of deathgrind, dissonant death metal, and tech-forward experimentation, the band formed with a clear intent to push chaos and control into simultaneous existence. Their debut EP, “Oblation Ov Obliteration”, arrives with backing from respected figures in the scene and production handled by Samur Khouja and Erol Ulug.

“Oblation Ov Obliteration” is a brief, calculated descent into a sonic maelstrom. Built on tightly coiled riffing and sudden rhythmic turns, the EP sustains a constant state of anxiety and collision. Rather than overextending, Nefas keeps the runtime lean and direct, allowing every section its own impact without diluting intensity. The material draws heavily from the disorienting surge of early 2000s deathgrind, enhanced by moments of technical convolution that feel more like free-fall than precision display.

Vocals shift freely between gurgled lows, piercing highs, and yelled declarations, with each texture layered enough to generate density without becoming an indistinct wall. The production avoids over-compression, giving the drums enough room to breathe during tempo collapses and lateral detours. Guitars bend through harmonic dissonance and unorthodox phrasing, aligning with the unpredictable structures the band favors. Bass lines, while often submerged within the surrounding chaos, give the songs their needed gravity and support the more abstract stretches without interruption.

Though chaotic on the surface, the songs aren’t random. There is a sense of narrative in the pacing—even if abstract or intentionally fragmented. “Xenomorphic” opens in violent contortion, “Spiral Degradation” folds into angular disarray, and “Mindstream Transference” closes with a sweeping descent into collapse, as if the structure of consciousness is being systematically dissolved. The EP ends abruptly, yet deliberately. Every second feels placed for maximum cumulative collapse.
