Krushor is a
Finnish thrash metal band built on shared taste, shared work, and shared
responsibility. Songwriting is a group affair, lyrics, riffs, structures, all
passed around until everyone bleeds into the result. Their roots sit deep in
old metal, but the band never boxed them into one lane. The aim is simple and
honest, loud music that talks about pressure, injustice, and the point where a
person snaps. For Krushor, metal is not
decoration, it is release, and sometimes therapy.
“Taste Of Hatred” comes from a clear
place. This EP deals with retaliation, not fantasy violence, but the moment
when someone who has been crushed long enough finally reacts. The band’s own
words matter here, a taste is enough to flip the balance, enough to make the
oppressor choke on what they served. That theme bleeds through the whole EP,
raw, physical, and personal, without drifting into empty slogans or cartoon
anger.
“Taste Of Hatred” works because it
sounds human. It is rough around the edges, sometimes messy in a way that suits
the subject, and clearly written by people who mean what they shout. Krushor comes across as a band that believes in
collective force that gives the EP a solid spine. This is not background noise
and not pretties either. It is thrash metal that spits back when pushed.
