Founded in 2017, Chaos Over Cosmos is
the long running project of Polish guitarist and composer Rafał Bowman. From the beginning it operated
through remote collaboration between musicians scattered across continents. The
new release pairs Bowman with Pakistani
vocalist Taha Mohsin, bringing another shift
in voice and character. The band has always looked toward fast guitar runs,
rapid fire rhythm work and a cosmic atmosphere. “The Hypercosmic Paradox”
follows that direction with stronger focus and clearer identity.
The
album runs on high energy from the first track onward. Guitar lines twist and
surge in constant motion, vocals cut through with aggression and Bowman’s writing aims for intensity without
crowding the listener. The production is sharp enough to let the speed shine,
still keeping the overall sound heavy. The music is at points hyper-fast,
although it stays controlled and easy to follow even during the most frantic
moments.
“The
Hypercosmic Paradox” shows Chaos Over Cosmos continuing
to sharpen its concept. The project embraces speed, cosmic atmosphere and
intricate guitar work with full commitment. Bowman’s
performance remains the anchor of the album while Mohsin
adds fresh energy. It is a compact release that focuses on delivering
intensity without unnecessary detours. Fans of high velocity progressive metal
with death metal aggression will find a consistent and dedicated vision here. The
instrumental parts could easily fit in video games.
